#BillyBallpoint knows it's always important to be prepared!

Yep, Billy believes in always being prepared!  He's such a Boy Scout, isn't he? OK, maybe not. Funny story:
this strip is entirely based on me this week.  I just did not feel like writing a joke about the POTUS 2016 race AGAIN, so I just wrote one about there being nothing new to be angry at.  I have an extra few panels of this comic that take things in a truly random direction.  Will have to publish those some time.  Maybe in the next issue of INKSTREME BALLPOINT ADVENTURES or maybe some other project...?
