This is kind of bizarre to see...
...Greece seems to have reached the conclusion that their economy may be better off as a small, independent economy, rather than being part of a bigger one. This, in turn, seems to suggest that "global" economies may not be as strong as some folks think they are. I'm no economist, but it seems to me like a global free market may not be the best way to run things. The world is not on equal footing and can't be if it's forced to compete with cultures with completely different standards of living. Shouldn't each country be able to protect itself the way it thinks is best?
